Christine M. Sellitti

Christine Sellitti is a founding member of Elias Sellitti LLC, a boutique law firm with its main office in Basking Ridge, New Jersey and a satellite office in New York, New York. She represents and advises moderate and high net worth individuals and families regarding all aspects of estate, tax, business and philanthropic planning. In addition, she represents individual and corporate fiduciaries in probate and litigation matters, including will contests, fiduciary litigation, interpretation of wills and trusts, and guardianship matters.

Ms. Sellitti has been significantly involved in individual philanthropic planning, having previously served as Gift Planning Officer with the American Red Cross, advising donors of various planning techniques designed to fulfill the individual’s philanthropic goals while achieving significant tax savings and helping the charitable organization receive the best gift to fulfill its mission. Ms. Sellitti served as Law Clerk to the Honorable James G. Troiano, J.S.C., from 1998-1999.

Ms. Sellitti received her BS from Montclair State University where she graduated magna cum laude. She received a JD from Rutgers University School of Law and an LL.M. in Taxation from the New York University School of Law.
